Our Roots
The Soul of 1897
Beneath the original iron arches of the historic market, Buenos Aires’ past lives on in every corner, in the aroma of oak wood, and in every glass of wine served without rushing.

The Setting
Iron, Glass, and Memory
Designed by architect Juan Antonio Buschiazzo in 1897, the market still preserves its impressive wrought-iron structure. It is a living space where European immigrants helped shape the city’s culinary identity.
Today, our table is set in the heart of this National Historic Monument, offering an intimate lunch surrounded by the charm of the old market stalls and the afternoon light.

San Telmo is the historic heart of Buenos Aires, a neighborhood of cobblestone streets and traditional doorways, where street tango meets the fire of Entre Cortes to celebrate Argentina’s most iconic ritual.
The Sunday Ritual
Seats are strictly limited each Sunday. Reserve your place for this unique dining experience and enjoy an afternoon of stories, wine, and fire beneath the historic arches.
