In the heart of San Telmo, beneath the historic arches of the San Telmo Market, opened in 1897, a unique experience brings together Argentine food, culture, and tradition. Every Sunday, Entre Cortes welcomes a small group of guests to enjoy a six-course lunch in a setting full of Buenos Aires history.

The experience begins with a glass of sparkling wine, followed by a traditional hand-cut beef empanada, a signature choripán, and a selection of Argentine wines. The main course features premium grass-fed beef, slowly cooked over oak wood to bring out its flavor, texture, and character. The experience ends with a classic Vigilante dessert made with cheese and sweet potato paste.

More than a meal, San Telmo Experience is a way to discover Buenos Aires through fire, beef, wine, and the traditions that shaped one of the city’s most iconic neighborhoods.
